A recovery to all time high or just a stabilisation? Hard to see this raising from the ashes up to 20k again anytime soon. By end of year maybe.
Though that's just my opinion no TA to back that up.
Stabilisation with slower (relative to late 2017) and more sustainable growth. But no doubt we’ll be blasting by ATHs again before the end of the year. The whole thing is very cyclic by the looks of it. Hopefully all of us who are relatively new to this will be the wiser for it and will know better to pull some profits out before another crash.

On top of that I would be very happy for it to track along for a few months with no major moves. That would be great !!

Its certainly shaken a lot of people loose after this. Certainly tests the resolve. Id be more than fine just sitting in this range for the next few months.

I'm looking at it like this. What I have put in I have written off in my mind. I haven't sold anything and am prepared to wait for it to start heading in the right direction. If you sell, you lose. If you hodl, you're a chance of getting it back.

Right now holding is easier than it was when the marketcap was between 550-700b. All 3 options were available then. Now it’s either hold and/or buy.

Think most people in this thread bought in around December/January and if we come out the other side with portfolios that have increased in value we will be veterans that brush off any future crash with ease

Being a newb myself these past 2 months have taught me a lot!

And to think people are doing it.
How can we accumulate if there aren't people doing it. Everyone I'm talking to thinks Crypto is a huge risk now. Perfect buying time

People in general are sheep. It’s a mad time to buy up coins. The problem is people are way to short sited in this game.

I grabbed some more Walt at 19$ a little Eth, Fun and Ltc. First time LTC holder, from what I've read the last few days on LTC I think it may be a good little addition to the portfolio. Bargains everywhere. BAT was 34 cents ffs. Hopefully whats happening will purge some of the shitty products at least.

Howdy guys. I was a futures trader for many years so understand technical analysis very well but this will be my first foray into cryptos.

Can someone reccomend what is this best exchange and wallet for a beginner to use if I want to trade Eth and BTC in $AUD

Australian independent reserve are a VG Aussie exchange to buy from, very small fees and prompt payments. They only trade BTC and ETH but trade in AUD or USD and a couple of others, then from there move it to a wallet on your hard drive

No, you can't store BTC on myetherwallet. You could download an exodus wallet to store your BTC for the time being until you get a hardware wallet. If you really know your way around trading, check out Bitmex and trade with leverage. Also caters for futures trading. It is against USD though.

I'm just a small time trader - I use my bitcoins to buy things that you don't find in high st stores.

I just bought a $100 BTC, wouldn't be surprised if it's $200 by the end of the month.

Annoyingly I was using my BTC to buy things when it was trading at $4000 last year, not realising that the world is full of sheep and lemmings, so I didn't invest. I just spent them.
