Mine has been a pain in the @rse as I've transferred coins to and from multiple exchanges. Also made transfers between myself as an individual and a Pty Ltd which I set up last year. Bought multiple coins both as an individual and through the Pty Ltd company.

Yeah I had something like 900+ transactions across my exchanges/wallets lol (includes failed transactions). I just deleted out the ones outside of last financial year and it gave my my P&L. I thought it'd be a nightmare to do but it was simple.

I've made a few shocking trades in my time, but loading up on this coin when it was ~$4 was the best thing I've ever done. Haven't sold a cent and not planning to, yet.

A few reasons why it's on an Eth2017-like tear at the moment:
- First NFT boom (DegenApe), SOL allows for low fees and fast transactions
- Popular IDO listings, i.e. StarAtlas is a beast of a metaverse project
- $RAY protocol (AMM) Binance listing with SPL (similar to ERC20) token support
- Institutions such as Grayscale and Osprey bullish on SOL
- Old timers (like me) hodling, lots of VC money has flown in this year which needs time until it can be unlocked.

Still think it has a long way to run in this bull market (provided btc behaves of course) but you know the risks when you're not early to jump on a train. I stand by my comment from February below - until it's in the top 5 coins by market cap the market is wrong :tearsofjoy: (Actually think it has the potential to reach #3 in market cap by the end of this bull run and overtake Cardano).
Can definitely see it dumping ~70% or so if we have a prolonged bear market like we did in 2018, like most other coins. Believe we're a while away from that happening though.

I think Btc will still do anything from 3x - 5x from here til the end of the current bull cycle, so when buying alts I want to be confident that it will outperform btc by a large amount, otherwise I'd just buy btc with the lower beta

Internal Binance transfer. In regards to internal transfers, Coinbase had a couple of internal XRP transactions on the weekend worth around 500M. Can’t imagine they would be doing that unless they’re preparing to re-list soon.

Any profit is a good profit, but yes it’s painful watching it continuing to pump after I sold around the 90AUD mark. I will be accumulating it hard during the bear market.

Is sol a good long term hold or should I sell now? It’s not like I’ve got heaps that I make any real money (bought at around $80aus worth and worth around $170 now) so it’s just pocket change in terms of an amount.

I’m new to this tho so don’t know that much about what the market does.

Tho do I hold or sell out and wait for it to dip and rebuy? Or will it not dip back down and will keep climbing?

I have no issues with being patient

ADA is poised to rip again very soon, which could make it it hard for SOL. This is crypto though and shit is about to get fun for all coins! 200 for SOL seems well within reach

This NFT craze is going to keep sending SOL higher provided BTC behaves. In 2017 with ETH ICOs you always had the looming regulators tell everyone what they are doing is illegal. What can they do this time? Tell people their jpegs are securities?

Just hold, there were probably guys that sold when you bought 'waiting for the dip' and now regret it. I sold for a few reasons, with the main one being a bit of extra cash as I recently bought a new house, if not for that I'd probably still have mine. But yeah don't sell if you're patient which I unfortunately am not.

ETH closes the month out nicely, closing on the daily for the first time above the level it crashed from on May 19. This was a big barrier to get past, the run to 4K could happen quickly, especially if BTC continues to trade sideway (dominance has dropped to 42.5% now).
 
My plan with Kusama parachains and (eventually Polkadot when they launch) is to keep rolling profits back into free tokens.

When I receive my KILT tokens, I will sell for KSM and throw it into the next project. Rinse, repeat. Fast forward 12 months and I'll have accumulated a shitload of KSM and DOT for free.

It's not scheduled yet. Kusama is the 'test', if all runs smoothly then governance can vote to begin on Polkadot. I don't think it will be too far away. I'm kicking myself for not accumulating more DOT over the last couple of months in preparation.
