Hopefully, Cullinan will never play cricket for SA again. How completely gutless to pull out of a test match two days before it starts because he can't get a contract. Not to mention that the contract he wants is way better than anyone else in the side.
What make him think he's so damn good. Nothing like being grateful to be selected and then trying to fit smoothly back into the team. Just proves that he is Warnes bunny and is too scared to go out and cop the embarrasment.

Why don't they give captaincy to Kallis? Seems like one of the very few left with any ticker.
As for the coach, I'd never heard of him, was he the coach during the series over here? Talk about a low profile. At least Buchanan got out there and talked to the press.

The worst part is that besides his complete mental disintegration against Warne he is one of there stronger players mentally.They miss Mcmillan,Symcox,Cronje and Hudson.We trample them mentally and there restrictive game plan seems to have gone right out the window.

Mentally strong? The only conclusion I can come to is he was too shyte-scared to play.
This is the equivalent of Paul Salmon refusing to play for Essendon unless he gets a 4 year contract and guaranteed selection. Actually it's worse; Salmon retired on top, Cullinan has been out of the side because he wasn't good enough to get picked.
I can't think of an equivalent event in any sport.
