Yeah he’s the VFLW head coach.

But they announced a while ago that he’s also the coach and player development manager for the AFLW… And now they’ve added two other people doing coach and player development jobs for our AFLW team respectively.

I thought you said that Nanscawen said he was leaving?

She’s my favourite (not allowed to say that coz they always leave!)

She also mentioned Charlotte Miller and Brendan Major leaving :/

I think there is a good chance we lose a Caldwell/Perkins to someone who comes after them reasonably hard

1 of Weideman/Baldwin gone. Want to keep Cox, just no point losing a skinny 200 giraffe now for very little. Somehow someone offered a top 15 pick then id probably do it - aint happening though

Think H.Jones in a bit of trouble, mainly due to Caddy. Another club should also be chasing him as a need. Mainly Collingwood/North/Melbourne/Rich if he is in a position to stay local

Shiel maybe another year on rookie list if we make finals and lose a Caldwell/Perkins, wouldnt be totally against something like that

• Alwyn Davey Jr is contracted to 2025 on my sheet; I believe he was one of those special case father/son prospects that got a better deal before being drafted, in the form of a pre-agreed extension after the first two years on the standard draft contract.
• Nate Caddy, drafted end of 2023, out of contract end of 2026 as first round draft picks now have 3 year standard draft contracts.
• Kyle Langford is until 2027 (not 2026), he extended by a year recently: https://www.essendonfc.com.au/news/1492518/langford-extends-until-2027
• Darcy Parish is until "at least" 2028 (not 2029): https://www.essendonfc.com.au/news/1420136/parish-pens-new-deal

Parish: There was another article published afterwards where they said that it was 2029 IIRC, as Essendon didn't want to admit to giving him that amount of years.
Tsatas I have as 2026 - unless you did a ninja edit?

I thought Jones had an extension as well.

Delist weideman, delist and Rookie davey. Then all the initial changes are done.

Sign goldy and setterfield 1 year.
Good depth and we need a stronger vfl team, both seem like good culture guys and professionals who can fill a need for a few games if needed.

I'd look at trading future 2nd for another 2nd this year. After kako match has been worked out. Sign a free agent or try a later draft pick trade. Rosas etc.

What would lukosis cost?
As I'd only trade hobbs, tsatas if we are getting a first back (unlikely) or enough capital to use to get lukosis or sone other high end talent that is also on the outer at another club.

Stringer not fussed. Good player but terrible fit with langford so it's one or the other.
