Well if that is the case that would mean Hickey did his first year in 2011 and his second year is 2012. Which would mean Hickey comes off contract at the end of this season (2012), correct? As for Alik Magin he was promoted off the rookie list at the end of last year which the Suns used one of their draft picks on so I presumed that he got a two year deal out of that.

Hickey was given a 3 year deal as a young local ruck and Magin wasnt given a 2 year contract given he was only a promoted rookie. He's off contract, dont worry about that.

I have done a little bit of research and it would seem the 17 year old access selections are given 3 year deals. I have changed the length accordingly for Weller, Jolly, Flanagan, Toy, Nicholls, Hine and Hutchins to 2013 given they were officially drafted in 2010 and played their first season in 2011. After what you have said about zone selections I have also changed Moss, Wilkinson, Hickey and Patrick to 2013 as well. If I have got this wrong please inform me and I will change whatever is wrong back. Also I really think this thread should be a sticky in the gold coast sub-forum so mods if you could change it to a sticky I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it.
If anyone has any information about anyone else re-signing please post it in here with some sort of source and I will update the list on page 1.

I believe that's incorrect, Matchu. The 17 year olds(Hine, Flanagan, Jolly, etc.) and initial zone selections (Patrick, Smith, Magin, Hickey, etc.), were given 3 year deals from the start of 2010. This means that their contracts are coming up at the end of 2012.
Toy is not included in this group as he was not a 17 year old selection. We drafted him in the ND on the standard 2 year contract.
It's entirely possible that the club has extended them, and we just don't know too.
I've changed all the ones who are at the end of 2012 back for ya!
The current list should be mostly accurate now.

Guys, I know that we haven't signed Stanley or Iles yet and both are out of contract in 8 weeks efectivly. Does anyone else see this as a concern? Surely we need to lock these two in for another two years at least?
I'm not concerned. I'd definitely like to keep them both & I expect they'll sign. I doubt any club would offer them a better deal.

At the beginning of the year that's all he would have been worth, really. The rate which he's come on would have surprised the Coaches and supporters alike.
Will get 2 years. Shows that we're obviously keen to keep him on. Very confident something will be worked out.

I hope he is!! Going back to your original post though, it's a little nerving the amount of decent players out of contract at the moment.
Dixon, Caddy, Iles, Stanley, Warnock <--- need to re-sign these ones definitely.
The others I'm not SO worried about, Wilkinson, Toy, Magin, Hines, Nicholls, Flanagan, Jolly, Hutchins, Moss coupled with Krak and Fraser delisted.
I don't really see Josh Hall staying on the list or being promoted, maybe a rookie spot but that's all he deserves at the moment.

Depends on who you ask, Matchu. Where did you hear your info from?
I had a quick little fangirl chat with Charlie at one of the recovery sessions (granted, 4 weeks+ ago now), and he seemed to imply that he was going to re-sign and loved it at the Suns.
However, one of our other users, SUNS, who is pretty good usually with info like this, suggests that he's a 50/50 prospect at this stage. The club just isn't offering what he wants. He loves it at the club, but the offer isn't right. He was offered a 1 year extension at the start of this year but knocked it back. He's since come roaring home, and firmed from a fringe player to one of our top 12 players. I'm not even sure the club expected him to come on as strongly as he has, which could lead to some spanners in the works regarding planning of how all the contracts/money with players sits.
Wait and see I suppose.

I'm trying not to blow my own horn here, but I have said before that Dixon and Smith should and will come on faster than the likes of Day, Lynch and co. Dicko is 22 and has taken a massive step forward this year in his development, versatility and consistency. Massive tick, deserves to hang for a better contract from GCFC.

Most of my info comes from two close knit groups of players at the club and also a few people I know on the inner sanctum. So most of the time it's ok info, but sometimes it is no more then educated guesses from some of the boys.
In Dicko's case, I find it interesting, because I spoke to him face to face, also at the recovery session (after GWS game) to get the info I have previously said lol.
But from what i'm getting through the grapevine just this morning we could have some happy news to wake up to in coming days
