This is a Port Adelaide list for players on other team's lists last year and this year.
Totals over 1000 games for other clubs.

Name (Next team/s, Games played since moving/passed on)

B: Gilham (Haw, 18)/Patfull (Bris, 29)/Koulouriotis (Geel, 21)
HB: Guerra (StK/Haw, 60)/Harley (Geel, 147)/Montgomery(WB, 18)
C: M.Stevens (Kang, 44)/Carr (Frem, 58)/Eagleton (WB, 149)
HF: Bode (Adel, 79)/Biglands (Adel, 134)/Morgan (WB, 14)
FF: A.Murray (StK, 17)/Brooks (StK, 10)/French (Carl, 71)
R: Ackland (StK/Carl, 54)/Stevens (Carl, 65)/Pickett (Melb, 24)

Nathan Eagleton and Tom Harley
And unless the Cats (Harley) or Hawks (Gilham/Guerra) win a flag this year every one of them has seen either their new club performing worse then Port, or have missed out on a flag by being traded by Port. Getting traded out has been the kiss of death. As opposed to guys traded in like Bishop, Hardwick, Monty, etc. who got a flag out of it. We've been like the anti-Freo. of trading - everything we discard doesn't turn straight to gold :p

Richards and Banniter for us.

David Johnson was on our rookie list, Milne was on our supp list and Monty (although now retired) played U19's at Essendon.

Cannot believe this bloke hasn't been mentioned yet, probably the most successfully delisted/traded player in the history of the game:
B&F Winner
5 Grand Finals
4 Premierships

Martin Pike. Meaning 3 clubs let him go: Demons, Roys, Roos.

Although of course he's not a current player anymore. My bad :)

That might have meant something if you didn't follow up with -
It did mean something because;

Glass houses and all of that.
I think this is where you may have tried to outsmart yourself. I don't get "I guess you get that a lot" at all. All I was saying is that from researching I'd expect you would. Nothing more nothing less. Heres to you.

Your club traded neither Guerra nor Gilham. Your club delisted both of them, and Hawthorn gave them a third chance (in the case of Guerra) and a second chance in the case of Stevie G.

Both are travelling quite nicely in the Hawthorn back-line, thanks for asking.

The most successful - but certainly not the best. That honour belongs to none other than Gary Ablett.

Also noteworthy; I believe that Sydney had first dibs on two blokes by the names of Carey and Longmire. Is this true?

Though Grant and Rocca were not "let go". They were out of contract and walked.

Other players listed as leaving clubs were in a similar position - eg Nick Stevens from Port, Hall from the Saints, Nick Davis from the Pies. In that situation, all a club can do is try and get the best deal out of the situation (or not, in the case of Port and Stevens).
