Given the restriction of 8 players I need a stretch forward that can cover the perimeter and the paint given my current 2 bench players are very much one-dimensional. So it comes down to Illyasova or Anderson. Knowing how Anderson performs with Dwight (and knowing Dwight cannot get injured) I'm going with form rather than the unknown.

With the 79th selection in the draft, the Uptown Five select O.J. Mayo

Tough selection this one. Not tough because I couldn't think of who to choose, but tough because i'd narrowed it down to three players I wanted, and I strongly believe each of the three players would have been a good solid choice. In the end, I just couldn't pass up on Mayo.

Juice Spread is just too good a fit on my team, and on a bench that already has a big man and a small man, the 'mid-sized' Mayo gives my team versatility and balance.

I'm very happy with this selection.

Mr. Ersan Ilyasova

Per 36, he averages 17ppg and 11.5rpg with 1.0bpg.

Gives me length, shooting and the ability to spread the floor. He's a career .357 from deep and coming off a season shooting .455!! from the land of plenty. Nice option to spell LeBron or play next to him.
