It has been rather quiet on the Werribee front. I have been led to believe that it may have been a little to hard in close for the small bodies of the Werribee brigade.

I wasnt at the game so could not comment. Bad luck to the boys. Im sure that they will pick the bundle back up this week.

I wouldnt be having a crack about the amount of Werribee blokes on here. Havent heard from SMD since Keals made a fool of himself, declaring it was more important to win a reserves match than a seniors.

we are def not ahead of ourselves. we know that going up a division is going to b tuff and that we are not going to dominate week in week out like we did last year.

we will lose games.

mentone are a good outfit, hard at it, and have numbers at the back of the contest to dish out too. a few big units up forward def help too.

Even better how bout you come down and see things for yourself and make up your own mind. I wouldn't make comment if somebody had genuinely missed spelled something, but people reverting to text message abbreviations because they are to lazy to hit a couple of extra keys, gives me the shits.

well champ you are spot on in saying I need to see a game and form my own opinions, and not those of people who actually saw the game and passed them on to me. One day I hope to be able to get to see one of the Werribee games and pop in to see you. I am tipping it might be interesting.

Back from a break in Launceston. They love footy down there and deserve a team in the AFL. Rupo V NOBs at a venue filled with history. Maybe one day we'll value it as such. Saw the teams battle it out in Ballarat not so long ago. A lot of Rupo boys, surprisingly, made excuses and didn't play. They'll all be there today so I expect comfortable victories for both teams.

richie, agree with all including margins ( ok, im to lazy to change them and they seem about right to me ) bar the rupie result, we will need everything to go right for us to win, and i think everything will go right - but only just 9pts,

Nobs are flying, beat om by 7 goals, then have more scoring shots then friars away, massive game today in what shapes as classic contest so early in the season, i expect both sides to finish in the four, match of the round - will rupo be 3-0 at 16:45 today ? lets hope so,
