Seriously though tt, surely your little cousin will be able to cope with someone calling him a sh!t footballer on Bigfooty.

I mean the kid lives in Werribee FFS! I'd be more concerned about getting stabbed on the train or getting arrested for assaulting indians than worrying peoples opinions on my footballing abilities.

Im sure he can. I was just interested in why someone had to bring it up? No one called him a star, there was not even hint of discussion on his abilities.

What was his agenda.

I find it funny that he didnt reply when I asked who he was so we could track his performance.

Im sure if i got on here, and started abusing your family, you would react the same. As for other Werribee people, it was good to see everyone get on here and stand up for his cause. Shows that they are a tight knit bunch and could be a reason why they are travelling so well.

kruzering you shouldnt throw stones in glass houses.
big deal if you live in werribee or not. you are seriously a goose. do you think that by throwing the suburb of where someone lives in the mix is an insult? people who live in werribee have heard it all before its nothing new so perhaps you need to go back to the drawing board and think of some new material because at the moment your a laughing stock!
 
I live in Werribee and am proud to say i do.And yes we have heard it all before but let me tell you we are not ashamed it is our choice and we all would die for our club. And let me tell you Kreuz if you new for one minute Bennys situation beleeive me you wuoudnt have opened your mouth.Beleive me it is not a normal situation to xplain easier every club has a benny so work out what we are trying to say and it is poor form realy poor form to bring it up again when it was dead and buried.

Re last game v Monash - Come on Bocce !? - don't tell me Werribee care who they play in the finals? I thought they were miles better than anyone else so why would they be worrying about cooking results? Getting a little nervy are we?...

I reckon werribee would be looking at burying monash in the last round. It's at home and they will want to take their wind out of thier sails going into the finals. It's dangerous to give sides a sniff towards finals.

Peninsula,
nobs,
or monash are all competitve sides and will take some beating.

TT - should be a good game tomorrow. Are you confident (obviously at 12-1)? Will i be witnessing Werribee at its best 22 tomorrow?

I'm not sure about INS and outs. Pretty strong team last week, so imagine that they will be strong again this week. I think werribee will win, but I think that every week.

I would not be suprised if there are only a couple of kicks in it. Nobs will
need to be a couple up at three quarter time to win. Werribee have been putting everyone to the sword in the last quarters.

Should be a ripper. Won't be there to see it though.
 
NOBS V Werribee by 42 points
Williamstown V BT by 27 points
Monash V Aquinas by 60 points
Menton V Whitefriars by 19 points
Peninsula V SMD by 78 points.
 
I like all the home teams today, by big margins. Doubt there will be any game closer than 6 goals.

Massive game out at the mudpit between NOBs and Werribee. Think the NOBs boys will have a blinder and the Bees might drop off a bit, being so far clear of the pack. NOBs by 40pts in a canter.

yes its a bold call......luck I don't have any credibility to lose.
 
I like it when people write off the tiges. Happened earlier agaist monash and peninsula. Werribee won both of them, and they will win again today.

Always been threatening, it just all clicked

I think the size of the ground also really suited Whitefriars, but they smashed them in the centre of the ground, OMs did not have a centre clearance for the 1st half, then they just controlled the game, were able to play their way and they put alot of pressure on which saw OMs fumble alot and lose the ball

Aquinas will feel right at home when they visit

probably should be looking at Old Mentone's form or lack there of. Their form on the field is going backwards fast as of late, in both 1sts and their usually strong 2's.

i dare say you could catch them in 2 weeks time, with you guys fixtured for Sth Melb and OM's in the next fortnight...

Ok - I'm convinced too after that result. Werribee are miles ahead of the rest.

What is going on at Aquinas? Haven't they had just 3 wins which include Peninsula and NOBs and could easily have been Monash this week as well. Also their twos were quite competitive against the Monash machine. Looks like they are going to be relegated and seems like a huge waste of a season. Don't give me the 'injuries' excuse either - we all have to deal with that...

Also note -Willy are on some kind of roll - if they make the finals they will deserve it and they will have big momentum.

Some key matches coming up in the last 4 weeks with all the finals contenders playing at least 2 or 3 of the others...

yeah forgot to metion B Morrish who was clearly best on ground for tiges keeping them in the game early on in the 2's, so that bozzo having a go at him pull your head in

No we are not going to use injuries as an excuse to our very poor season but it would be a lie if we didnt say it has played its part in our dissapointing season, along with a lot of other factors. I think at the start of the season we may of got ahead of ourselfs and we have learnt that leason the hard way and as a result we sit with only 3 wins.

I think over the final few weeks you will see a different aquinas side out on the park, not nessaciarly a team that is going to win all its games, but a team that is going about thier football in a different manner.

The new coach 'boxy' as come in and done some fantastic team building exercises as well as a leading teams sessions that has let the boys develop more of a positive attitude towards our football during a time and lets be honest a season, that has had very little positives.

Obviously it was dissapointing to come so close on saturday against a good side and the same in the twos, athough the score blew out at the end it was anyones game up untill 3 qtr time.

Lets hope for some luck over the last few weeks and see what happens!
