I can tell you that there's 4 changes to the side that played in the 1st final. Not sure who is dropping back for the Tigers. But most likely a couple would qualify for the GF.

Long drive for him youngblood, would show a massive commitment to the club though.
Onto something promised to Yaga earlier in the week.

correct harps it was great to c the boys get up and the way the boys celebrated long in to the night together the begining of something special....... highlight of the night was micka in the mankini goldNQR, as you know from the scenes at the Reg Jones social club on Saturday night the trend doesn't apply the VAFA games. A fantastic game from the boys who blew Aquinas away early and held their nerve for the whole 4 quarters. Well done to the Qua on picking up BOG honours. Thanks to Aquinas for a hard fought game and a rivalry that is set to continue into D1. Thanks to who ever ordered the "Aquinas 2007 Premiers" posters, not only did they add a little bit of ammo to help fire up the boys but were very entertaining on Saturday night when combined with textas and shyteloads of beer!
Well done to the Werribee boys who got home in a close one in the early game, you blokes can definitely be very proud of your season![]()

That's it for season 2007 boys! Off I phuk to the D1 thread!
Enjoy punching the suitcases out of Old Westbourne and Old Parade fella's.
What about C. Alabakis?? Wasn't he in the best players............. for Aquinas!! On a serious note, Saturday's win was by far and away the best win I have played in. The game was played in great spirits and was a worthy grand final. The sound of that final siren was like music to my ears! No better way to end the career!! Good luck to everyone next year.Congrats to SMD. Looking forward to meeting again in the higher grades. Thanks Harps for all the banter this year it made it interesting.
Best players for Werribee IMO were Cations, Walsh, Hevern, Carson, McNaly and S. Daly who turned the game around in the third quarter before doing an ACL. Looking forward to tackling Westbourne next year that's for sure. WEST out.
All coaching positions have been advertised but other than that I have no further insight. Hopefully the right man gets appointedMcAdam41 - Any news on the coaching situation from the Bentleigh Rec Reserve ?
