FWIW I'll start something then. If St.Johns still had Carson would we be declaring St.Johns having the flag signed sealed and delivered? They must be serving grog in coffee cups, only logical explanation ha
Is just 1 club going down this year or 2?

wheres he gone?
St Johns are favourites for sure, however, last season they were undefeated and kind of lost their way, i wont judge until they can perform in the second half of the year
you'd think only one, you dont want years of byes which is pointless, i'd say 1 goes down as D3 has a fair few teams

I agree with 1 side being relegated from D1. Ideally there are no byes in any of the divisions. 1 relegated from D1 and 2 clubs promoted from D2. It gets more interesting in the make up of D3 and D4 after this year. Granted, there may be new clubs, leaving clubs etc but looks to be a large gap in abilities of the D4 comp. Will be interesting to see if VAFA promote only 1 club from D4 and send 2 down from D3.
Eltham are an ordinary club. Their supporters are bogans strange given that their college is supposed to be elite! They play a game style that attempts to intimidate opposition by do late tackle after late tackle- can't believe the umps and vafa haven't woken up to this illegal and outdated strategyHate going to the putrid club. Facilities, supporters etc putrid.
Congrats spewie, this is the dumbest thing to grace the internet in a long time, that's quite an achievement. Some of the biggest dribble I've ever read. Have played at the club for over 10 years and never have I, or any of my team mates for that matter, been instructed to 'late tackle'.Eltham are an ordinary club. St Johns look very hard to beat - but are known for choking at the serious end.Everyone has now played each other once
Finals predictions?
Teams to beat?
Smokeys?
Surely only one team goes downJohns to beat WB in GF and both go up.
BT to join Richmond in D3 for 2017.

Elthams ground and changing facilities are absolutely pathetic- the change rooms would be the worst in the comp. ground is ok in the dry but is a swamp when wet- played a big role in the win on Saturday
Bit of Eltham bashing again spewie. Getting a bit old flog. Would you rather have a joint shower at Emmaus and everyone can compare old fella's? If I remember correctly last time Emmaus were in D2 clubs seriously considered not playing on their ground due to the unsafe conditions. We're terribly sorry for the little bit of mud on the ground, next time it rains all week we'll put on the full ground covers so it stays dry for you.Elthams ground and changing facilities are absolutely pathetic- the change rooms would be the worst in the comp. ground is ok in the dry but is a swamp when wet- played a big role in the win on Saturday
You have to admit that Eltham are the biggest rabble of a club in D2 this year. I just hope the snakes can muster some wins in the later stages of the year and send Eltham down to D3 so we don't have to deal with them next year.Bit of Eltham bashing again spewie. Hey rocket, lets just hope that the snakes can muster some wins in the latter stages and send the bullants back to D3 so we don't have to deal with them next year. Bullants back to D3? Would have to go a fair way back for that, that's if they have ever been down there.H

I just hope we can muster some wins and send anyone to D3.
As for the worst changerooms, how do Eltham have a relatively new building with a good social rooms over looking the oval, yet the home team have to get changed over the road and the away rooms as so small with no toilet facilities?
Emmaus are a close 2nd, however they have old facilities as their argument. Blows my mind that such new clubrooms were designed so poorly at Eltham.
I'm assuming you boys down at Eltham have been eating a lot of dicks the amount of finals you have choked in.H
