I've decided to not play footy myself this weekend just to see Dandenong vs Sandringham on Saturday. Crazy amount of top end talent in this game, should see Nathan Murphy live for the first time aswel.

The midfield battle should be incredible with LDU and Clark vs Brayshaw and Constable. Hopefully they give Bonar some time in the middle aswell

Pies need key position players and he is the next best available. Naughton has been very good in the WAFL seniors and overall he has had a fantastic year. If Griffen Logue can go top 10 I dont see why Naughton couldn't. If not Naughton I feel they will go with Stephenson

Not a bad draft to trade down slightly and try and pry a key position player away from another club. If you can convince Lever to come over you would trade that pick in a heartbeat

As it stands now we have picks 14 and 18, would you think the Pies would be interested in them for their current pick 6? I also hope we are sounding the Dockers out for the same deal for their pick 5 (1878 points).

Equates to 1751 points (6) as opposed to 2146 points (14, 18).

If Ports pick (currently 14) gets any higher I wouldn't be interested in the trade.

If it was 14 and 18 I would be for it. I'm more interested in Balta or McNaughton who I think should be around those picks (unless Freo pull the trigger at 5 for McNaughton). I like those guys more than Brander. Also someone with line breaking pace would be ideal. Definitely some types we can target with pick 18.

Could be good for both clubs, I want us to get 2 picks in before Connor Ballenden is bid on and IMO he could be bid on higher than a lot think ie. before pick 14.

2 gun mids at picks 1 or 2 and pick 6 + Ballenden + Sam Switkowski or Liam Ryan as a late draft pick/rookie would be a fantastic draft result for us.

Fremantle have a potential to get McGovern and an early teens pick (perhaps traded to the Crows for Lever) for pick 5 I think. Another option could be 5 for picks 14 and 18, with 18 going to the Crows for McGovern. I think we will be creative in trades just as we were last year.

How can you move someone in there without watching them/Seeing them once? What happens if Murphy doesn't touch it - do you throw him inside 30 cause that's the talk or....

I watched his game on the weekend online so ive technically seen him play just not live haha, there was enough from that game to have him in contention and all he has to do is play at least to that level to get in my top 60, his overhead marking and kicking stood out to me, thought he looked best down back when moved there in the last quarter.

SEN's On The Clock pod - Brett Anderson and some other dude. It's fairly irregular through the season but ramps up as the draft approaches. He also does a weekly segment on SEN Afternoons, Trading Places, which is mostly talkback nuffies but the occasional trade or draft tidbit.

That's spot on, was talking to someone from SA that didn't have Brayshaw in his top 50 pre-champs simply through lack of footage

If you do id like your evaluation on Oakleigh's Charlie Thompson. For me he has been one of the better midfielders this year yet hardly gets spoken of. He is 183cm aswell so its not like a Bernacki/Jarnestrom situation.
