Why would the 19yr old not be able to play TAC and then be invited to play this match?

Isn't the prerequisite to stay playing TAC as a 19 yr old interest from AFL clubs.

Therefore must have interest to be playing this match.

Doesn't make sense.

AFL Victoria's approach to each 19 year old seems sporadic at best. Around May/June they reviewed the status of each 19 year old and categorised them as:

1. To move to VFL/AFL Development due to minimal/nil AFL interest;

2. To remain in TAC due to AFL interest;

3. To play VFL seniors, but able to return to TAC due to AFL interest if the senior VFL team doesn't make finals.

Hamish Brayshaw fits the final category, all other Dragons 19 year olds became category 1 in June, so they became Zebras only.

Young Guns nominations I understand came from the TAC clubs and VFL clubs themselves with some AFL clubs interest in nominations.

To show Dow in a sling after shoulder surgery?

Wow - that's pretty.....not.....really....interesting.

To me at least, but I guess each to their own.

Hope his sling enjoyed the photo being put up. :p

Don't know where to put this but at the SANFL Prelim today and Lukosius is making his debut. First time I've seen him live and geez he looks a player, good pair of hands and not overwhelmed by the occasion at all

Darcy Parish voted as B.O.G universally on TAC Cup radio, in the Cats win over Dandy.....Should definitely get drafted now you'd reckon.
You mean Cassidy :p Darcy was busy getting tagged by Cal Twomey in the crowd Haha

Half right, as usual....o_O

Any other players from that first game that caught your eye Don?....Any players on the fringes who moved themselves up the pecking order?
No not really, the usual players played like their usual selves. Parish is a tough one to rate, his kicking has improved but I'm still unsure how well his style of game will hold up at AFL level. Clark is a top 10 prospect and anyone who doesn't needs to have a good rethink.

For this game Seb Williams keeps impressing me with his speed and agility. Andy Brayshaw is a deadset gun and the King Twins are showing why they are such highly regarded prospects for next year

Hi D_P_S

Noticed in your recent update that Patrick Naish has gone down abit - Any particular reason or others performing better

Also do you have any contact with recruiters and have a feel for the range they consider him as twomey & Bukky are the only 2 people who have him top 10

More a change in how I rate players, I'm leaning towards the more contested players. I've got no idea what recruiters think of players I only hear little things but nothing on Naish

Lukosius 3.2 to half time in the SA A grade finals......Pick 1 2018
