How do you rate Stephenson's inside game and ball winning ability? He seemed to play quite outside in the Champs but his numbers have been really strong, especially over the past month or so.

Been a mixed bag for Worpel, his last month hasn't been great but their are reasons for that that have recently come to light for me so my rating of him now would be a tad harsh. I still feel he goes in the top 30 especially with players that play like him in the AFL finals playing well.
I don't think there is much development left in him especially body wise but by all reports he is a good leader and he may be able to develop other parts of his game in an AFL system.
He loves a contest, he was played on the outside mostly because that's the best use of his pure speed but he has a desire to win the ball and I've seen him beat some stinger midfielders this year on pure desire for the ball. How do you rate Stephenson's inside game and ball winning ability? He has shown in the last month that he has no issues winning the ball all over the ground, only issue is his disposals aren't at a great quality compared to the other top prospects but they don't have his pure speed and ability to dominate when resting forward
He is a lot quicker than Fyfe I'd compare him more to a Dangerfield, it's hard to find a comparison I'm sure Stephenson will be a player on his own that future draftees will get compared to, he is uniqueIf Stephenson develops the bulk and power, could he become a Nat Fyfe type player? Fyfe isn't a good field kick either.
Both are rookie chances, both have had up and down seasons.Does anyone know anything about Alex Paech & Thomas Schmusch?
Which is the better KPD and why?
Seen a clip of Schmusch and am I right in saying his kicking is questionable?
Playing in a trade game and want a KPD but most of the KPDs i know have been taken. Both are rookie chances, both have had up and down seasons.
I've honestly not dug deep into them since the Championships with both falling of my radar
I'll get back to you on a few names, Riley Jones and Ethan Phillips from Oakleigh are 2 more to consider.Playing in a trade game and want a KPD but most of the KPDs i know have been taken.
Think all of them that are on your list have been taken.
Are they my best options?
ok. Thanks. Keen to hear what names you have to throw at meI'll get back to you on a few names, Riley Jones and Ethan Phillips from Oakleigh are 2 more to consider.
Stop cheating and do a bit more of your own research!![]()
ok. Thanks. Sorry for being desperate will do some of my own research on those guys.Calm down I said id get back to you haha
Only other key defenders I could see getting recruited from the 18s are Jack Payne, Jordan Butts, Josh Jaska, Brandon Zerk-Thatcher, Cody Henness and Harry Nolan
Here are the teams for the Young Guns game on Saturday, Noah Answerth the noteworthy name who missed after a nasty injury at the start of the year. I've had him in my top 40 or so all year

Zac Jones type. Very tough, good speed with a good mix of attack and defence, mostly played HB but he did get a little bit of time in the middle and looked pretty good. He is a type of player every team would love he is tough, courageous, disciplined and loves to take the game on while also working hard to nullify his opponent. could be a little more polished at times but he is the type of player you watch and just love, someone who will do anything for the team and his teammates. What kind of player is Answerth?

Yeah he did, quiet a few of those players where in Metro and Country training squads aswell. Would seem its not a factor in being eligibleDid Tristan Xerri play Vic Metro, I thought players who played in the U/18 Champs ineligible? Hard to see the purpose of the game?

Would assume they are players coming back from injury that aren't 100% to play in a final
Why would the 19yr old not be able to play TAC and then be invited to play this match? One is a Zebra (nearly 21 years old), one is a 19 year old we aren't allowed to play in TAC any more, the other didn't make our squad of 27 for the preliminary final.
Intrigued to see where they play Ari[/QUOTE
Any idea where and when the game is being played?
