You would be a brave man to suggest he has 22 games in him this year.

Yeah good point.

Personally I consider him a big risk to even maintain last years performance let alone improve on it and if you add the fact that hes had injuries and is playing in a bottom 8 team. Not alot points to his selection at that price.

Yeh, but thats taking the negative - which i must say is very valid. On the positive, his injuries may of withheld him, meaning he's in for a big year. He's a high draft pick, could easily peak in what will be his 6th year, will be getting more MF time, and has first full preseason in years. Also averaged 90.44 over last 9 matches of 2008.

Key is, to deciding whether the risk outweighs the reward. Very hard question IMO.

Cloke's scores seem to be affected greatly by whether collingwood wins and if Rocca is playing.

2008 average:
With Rocca: 65.5
Without Rocca: 80.2

Win: 88 (12 games)
Loss: 58.5 (9 games)

Those stats seem to indicate that Collingwood win a lot more often without Rocca in the side. Makes you wonder why they see him as being so important to their structure (I've always considered him a bit of a dud). Depends on how big the sample size is I suppose.

i just can't see a Dale Thomas or Travis Cloke averaging 85ppg (min) and being a suitable 7th forward.
