Doesn't seem like it. Robinson is looking like a great pick up. Very solid game today. Very 90's run game with solid passing when needed. Red zone is still the issue though.

Halfway through our season, I thought it would be good to analyse the remaining games within the NFC East to see who may go through to the playoffs.

COWBOYS 4 - 4

Remaining Games: 4 Home : 4 Away

Expected to Win
Washington (A)
Miami (H)
Arizona (A)

Key Games
Buffalo (H)
2 X NY Giants (H + A)
Tampa Bay (A)
Philadelphia (H)

Prediction: If we win all three we are expected to IMO, and beat Tampa away, Bills Home and split the Giants then we will finish:

10 - 6

GIANTS 6 - 2

Remaining Games: 4 Home : 4 Away

Expected to Win
Washington (H)

Key Games
San Francisco (A)
Philadelphia (H)
New Orleans (A)
Green Bay (H)
2 X Dallas (H + A)
New York (A)

Prediction: If the Giants beat Washington, Philly at home and Dallas at home and highly likely will win one game out of San Fran, New Orleans or the Jets they finish:

10 - 6

EAGLES 3 - 5

Remaining Games: 4 Home : 4 Away

Expected to Win
Arizona (H)
Seattle (A)
Miami (A)
Washington (H)

Key Games
NY Jets (H)
Dallas (A)
NE Pats (H)
NY Giants (A)

Prediction: Should beat all four of them teams. If they lose 1 of these then the season will be lost. Should win at least one of the Jets, Pats game (both are at Home). If they win one then final record is

9 - 7

I will attempt to keep this updated as the results come through!

Go Cowboys!

Its going to be close.I would love us to beat all teams and cruise into the playoffs. But that is not going to happen. So as long as we make Playoffs i will be pumped. And to stick it up Philly now that would be the Icing on the cake.

Wow a blowout against the Bills! Potential trap game next week against the Skins.. Usually happens when everything seems to be rolling..
Yep, very nearly came unstuck for us today. Got out of jail in a big way.

Need to be better than that next week.

Happy to get the win but gee it was ugly at times.

Our secondary is still poo and Ball is rubbish. I am very sceptical of facing Arizona in the desert after what Moore and Grossman have done to our CB's and we have to face Fitzy next week who is in fine form and we need Jenkins back ASAP.

CB HAS to be addressed at the next draft and we need to use our 1st Rdr and target the best kid in the country at the position.

On a brighter note DM just goes from strength to strength and he will be the starter over Jones for the rest of the season at RB you would think. Robinson doing great things at WR while Dez gets all the double coverage and this bodes well when Aussie comes back next week hopefully to release Dez a bit to get more space.

Romo was not the best early but his 2nd half when the game was on the line was great while taking hits and completing passes amid massive pressure from the Dolphin defenders.

Still can't help but to keep thinking of that Thanksgiving game in the snow all those years ago against the Fins whenever we play them on this day and the Leon Lett brain fade which cost us the game when he tried to jump on the ball after a late FG block.

Ugly game, we were probably a bit lucky win win that but I suppose you could argue that good sides find ways to win those games and we won it. Could be very important in six weeks' time.

Liked the way Romo bounced back from the two early picks (and a struggling offensive line) to still produce a decent game and of course lead the game-winning drive. All the talk has been about how well Murray has done at RB but how good has Robinson been at WR, particularly with Austin missing all of these games. :thumbsu: Austin is due back for Arizona next week so it'll be interesting to see how it works with all three WRs.

Jenkins is also due back for Arizona which will hopefully stiffen up the secondary a bit. Sensabaugh was not expected to play with his foot injury but got through and now at least gets 10 days to recover. Agree though, the secondary seems to be the Achilles heel.

7-4, with key players still to come back and a chance for several sore blokes (Sensabaugh, Jones, probably even Lee who still might not be 100%) to recover so things are not looking too bad overall. As long as we don't do anything outrageous (which is always a chance with us) we should win the East.

As much as our defense can struggle, they kept us in it in the first quarter. To only be down three after their first four drives was a minor miracle considering their starting position. Good red zone D as well.

Still give up too many deep balls though.

Offense struggled but put it together when needed. Robinson has been a god send. 7 tds in 5 games. Hopefully we try a few more 3 WR sets with Austin back.

I'm sure Fitzgerald will be double covered every play next week. Their QB ain't much either. As long as we play okay on O we should win.

Hang your heads in shame Dallas.

Our secondary is pathetic. But they wouldn't have even had the chance to lose the game for us if it wasnt for the field goal calamity.

For those who didn't see it, Bailey had the chance to win it for us again. Kick was good but we had called a timeout at the last second. Second attempt was a miss. Overtime ensued and the secondary crumbled like shortbread.

Eli will carve us up next week.

I think people don't give Garrett enough of a break sometimes. He gets panned when we lose and no credit when we win. But geez he was flaky today.

Still can't get over the field goal calamity, but more worrying is his continual lack of faith in our running game. Surely he sees how our season turned around on the back of DeMarco Murray. He only got 12 carries today... 12...

Austin is back in next week, so Garrett will probably be even more tempted to go to the air. He needs to switch off his inner quarterback.

You know, I had a bad feeling about this game all week. Thought something stupid might happen. Watched the first quarter and the play calling was awful. Long throws on third and short, short throws on third and long. Just had a feeling we would lose. Shame it sits on Bailey who has been good all year.

Garrett is still an idiot at times. Had ten days to get this team ready and couldn't get it done.

We are playing better than last year but we keep putting ourselves in tight situations. You are always going to have results go against you if you play in too many of them and that is all this team seems to do. We can still make the playoffs from here, still a game in front with four to go. Can't imagine we would do much if we get there though.

Was about to post exactly the same thing about choking and December. I understand we have some injuries, but that defensive effort was a disgrace. Really couldn't read the play or keep step with their WRs.

Between the cricket heartstopper and this, it's been a shit day.

Massive cleanout of our secondary needed.

I can't make a solid case for why Newman, Jenkins, Ball and Scandrick should be on our roster next season.
Jenkins the only one on that list that can be excused and the rest are rubbish and i have been saying it for at least 3 years now and the lack of respect we have given the position on draft day is now biting us on the arse.

How Campo still has a job as our secondary coach is pathetic.:thumbsdown::thumbsdown:

We have the worst secondary in the league by FARRRRRR. To make things worse Scanprick just signed a new contract to.:eek::eek:
