dalziell had a solid season. i ate a solid lunch. i think this thread is pretty solid. sumich has a pretty solid vocabulary base. kerr will be solid next season.

I thought this was a thread about Dalziell - when did Stephen Hill get brought into the conversation ?

When WC traded Staker and #39 to Bris for Dalziell I thought WTF are they doing - they seem to have no idea. Now I am absolutely sure they had no idea.
 
I held a party when we got rid of Staker - weak character, lost us a GF in O5 when he choked and has had every chance given to him.

Dalziell was a relative gift who has evidently delivered some useful stats. He is already ahead of 95% of Stakers games for us.
 
on the basis of this article, the other clubs are actually thanking their lucky stars they didn't give him the job?

Have you read any of the other lists assessments? they're all the same.

The WC match comittee must have changed the criteria recently to include useful stats in the warm up. You know the feel good things like

-- arriving at the ground at the correct time
-- going to the right locker without being asked
-- managing to put boots on the correct feet without instruction
-- handballing to the coach whilst he's giving a pep talk
-- chewing gum and bouncing the ball at the same time
-- running out on the ground in the correct sequence

I can only guess Dalziell is a marvel at all the above coz I sure as shit havent seen to many "useful" stats when he's actually been out on the ground.

But if you want to call him a "gift" - go right on ahead - im just winding up my pigs, they're out on a joy flight tonight.
