I might also add, that Hooligan's shanks after some runs late 2009 were just as effective as anything out there in securing victory.
THEY WERE X FACTOR SHANKS
I always thought Dalziell was good throughout the season and went on record numerous times about this. I was absolutely pissed both times he was dropped as he was offering exactly what we needed. An outside option who can hit a target. Who cares if he wasn't as accountable as some of the others, not all players need to be taggers even though just about every man and dog was given a job like this in 2010.
Have you read any of the other lists assessments? they're all the same. That story says more about Suma than Dalziell.
Those clubs searching for the coach to pick them off the bottom rung must be counting their lucky stars they didn't go with him.
I held a party when we got rid of Staker - weak character, lost us a GF in O5 when he choked and has had every chance given to him.
Dalziell was a relative gift who has evidently delivered some useful stats. He is already ahead of 95% of Stakers games for us.
Yup, they're all uninformative 'he's our boy' type diplomatic dribble. I was referring more to the story about Sumich pulling the curveball saying that Dalziell is underrated.
Slow, average disposal and decision making, Weak over head and a little soft.
