Definitely seems so, at it again rubbing his hands with glee sensationalising Boyd's/Cordy's drunken playfight

The quicker the flog gets done for something unethical, the better the media standard in the AFL will be and perhaps certain clubs might be more receptive of the media

It wasn't a playfight though? that's how they're spinning it. Boyd isn't liked at the club, he walks around like his s**t doesn't stink and his reaction to friendly banter was to swing and he got him under the eye. I don't know why Barrett is hated, the bloke know's what he is talking about. When has he ever said something untrue?

Because they didn't tell the club what actually happened.
So they've been suspended for lying about the incident to the club.
 
Seems to be more push back on the speculation that Purple continually goes with. Latest is his report last night about Ben Jarman going to Hawks, only to have the player manager come out and say that reports a decision has been made is 'were off the mark' this morning.

Maybe there are lot of people that are actually in the know have decided to start and call him out on his gossip!

Jack Reiwoldt put it well this week when he said that "journos" are starting little rumours then hopeing something actually comes of it instead of actually finding the truth out.
Its just lazy IMO.
And bullshit.

Any truth in the rumour a few player managers are refusing to speak to him until early 2017?

Heard there's some concern he'll misreport stuff during trade and free agency period which could wreck in flight deals
 
But he doesn't need to speak to anyone to make s**t up and spread it.

I love Damo. Sounding Board is my favourite podcast of the week too. People are quick to point out the things he gets wrong, you don't see much about what he gets right.
