The guy is a paid troll.
  • Bemoaning isn't the right word for a start. It's overly emotive hyperbole. Worsfold merely asked the question when it was put to him by another communications specialist in a press conference that Melbourne had been in contact with Hibberd.
  • Didn't have to use the term 'drug-banned' which doesn't even sound like proper English. Banned or suspended is sufficient (unless you're trolling of course).
  • The second part doesn't even make sense. Because the club has a number of players banned for doping offences that club cannot question the potentially dubious actions of others forever. Okey mete.
I honestly can't believe the AFL allows rubbish like this to be published on their website on a weekly basis.

Why can't he use the term 'drug banned'?

He was banned for a drugs offence. Any drug bans should carry the stigma that the term implies. If only one of those 18 tested players had just declared they had used the 'good thyomisin'!!!!

It isn't accurate though as you would know being a Pies man... Generally you don't get banned for taking DRUGZ in the AFL unless they are laced with clenbuterol.

If you do the crime you do the time. I'm not bothered that those 2 clowns got done. But given all 18 tested players didn't declare the 'legal thyomisin' that they claimed they took, it looks like a conspiracy to deceive and they too can't complain about their penalty.

If he can't grip the concept of Sliding Doors, name it something else.

There's no doubt once he gets a hold of something it just becomes a fixation. But it seems like its for certain clubs though- Essendon cop it, Bulldogs cop it, Collingwood get a lot of negative focus.

So..

If.. A club has recommended to staff and players nothing but glass eyed responses to a certain reporter
Then.. You'd hate to think said reporter uses his multiple spots to create agendas against those clubs
