was a decent player at essendon but no james hird or matt loyld, taking richmond from years of rubbish to flags is what he will be remembered for and rightfully so.

Yeah he will be remembered as Richmond coach more than anything

At least he gets to go to heaps of premiership reunions.

Only one thing he has to watch out for.
Say for example he's at the Port one and he's out the back rolling medicinal joints and starts banging on about Richmond,all the boys will be like,
"FFS Dimma,we don't care about your Richmond bullshit,ya never even got a kick there ya campaigner!"

As long as he doesn't get too out of it he'll always be invited back.
 
He'll coach at least another 40 games at Richmond you'd think which would have him with at least 3 flags and a number of finals wins, he's Richmond royalty and I reckon when it's all said and done he'll be remembered for his coaching career. Once he's done at the Tiges, there'll be clubs queuing up for a 3(minimum) time flag coach.
