What could have possibly been better - the batsmen is on 99, the fielding team is in dire straits, picks up the ball facing the wrong way, pivots on one knee and hits the stumps. About the only thing that would've made it better was if he only had one stump to aim at??? Was that the best run out you've ever seen, i would say its the best i've seen.
Three others that stick in my memory are Ricky Pontings back flick a couple of years ago in a one dayer, and Glenn McGrath picking up the ball of his bowling, turning and hitting in similar style to Martyn, and Greg Blewett (i think) hitting the stumps from the boundary at Adeladie Oval (or the Gabba, can't exactly remember)
