Kelly was out cold and needed to be stretchered off, that should be viewed as severe.

Late is irrelevant, choosing to bump instead of tackle is the issue. Choose to bump, choose the consequences. Has been the go for a while. But you're right, this is Danger, will get nothing.

The stupid thing is that there will have been a flurry of phone calls over this and the penalty already decided at an executive level. There's just no need, but we know how they operate behind the scenes.
