I would say there are some extra $$$ for him once Dangerfield is off-loaded. We just needed to balance the books so as we could match.

Because it's his first big contract and the one that will set him up for life.

His big bro is best mates with the club captain and he just won the club award which was withdrawn from Gunston after he left. We don't give those awards to players who are leaving.
