I think he has two years left in him..which is fine as it gives Kreuzer and Henderson a chance to develop and be peaking by the time Braddy would be hanging his boots up.

I would 100% support the CFC if they were to offer Bradshaw 2 yr deal. He would kick his 65 goals a year easily.

Doesn't Bradshaw have a year to run on a contract? If so he can't nominate for the pre-season draft, he can only be traded with his consent. Since trade week has finished i cant see how we can get him.

Are people saying that he will retire and then nominate for psd? Like mal micheal? or am i wrong and Bradshaw is currently uncontracted?

If we were to get him somehow, i would only sign him on a year to year deal.

That's what I thought as well.
Hence, he has to retire to get off Brisbanes list, and then we would have to pick him up in the PSD. Basically the same scenario as Mal Michael going to Essendon.

Last i read on Saturday was Vossy had offered Bradshaw a 2 year deal but hasn't put pen to paper unless it's happened today.
I wouldnt be suprised if Ratts & co had a bit of a word to Bradshaw on his little trip south last week.

I think he said Fevolas contract was a substantial amount... He didnt say we are paying a substantial amount.. I think our second rounder was compensation for Brisbane to take on most of it... Kernahan said its confidential.. Brisbane wouldnt want it getting out, im sure of that..

As far as Hawthorn, they would be nearly bursting at the seems I would think with cap pressure.. Wouldnt think they'd be any chance of taking Bradshaw.. We would be in the box seat..We have cash to spend..

Umm...we're cashed up too....we only paid 92.5% of the cap last year. Plus when crawford left we only replaced him with a new draftee, Croad is going onto the veterans list this year; Dew, Boyle & Campbell have retired and Mark Williams, Kennedy & McGlynn traded to other clubs....the only offsets to this point are Gibson & Burgoyne....and believe you me we would jump on Bradshaw in a heartbeat to play FB.....and we'd get him before you as we have an earlier pick.

if our portion of fevs salary does not count on brisbanes cap whats to stop us "loaning" pav and sandilands from freo, get a cup and they can borrow judd and murphy the year after that, and then they get a cup (this is an example). salaries stay the same paid by respective clubs so no team is over cap. we both get a cup and importantly collingwood/essendon dont.

Quite a bit of speculation in Melbourne that Bradshaw won't be playing in Brisbane next year. The line of thought is that he is angry that Brisbane would want to trade him, and is thinking of finishing his career in Melbourne.

You could understand his anger IF he didnt want to play in Melbourne and Vossy was willing to ship him off for the Fev deal.If Bradshaw intially agreed to play in Melbourne you'd be thinking he may want to finish his career here.
I really hope Ratts "sold" the CFC to him to lure him in the PSD.
Time will tell.
