Bling has got talent but he's in the krakouer mode atm very lazy,he needs to pull his head in a bit and have a big preseason and give us his best next year
otherwise show him the door.

3 Year Contract says we can't be doing that.
 
I'm not sure about Edwards. He has his moments, but he has bad moments too. Did anyone see that short pass he attempted which went straight to the Geelong player in the 3rd quarter? His kicking gives Oakley Nichols a run for his money at times. I know hes young and all that, but no matter how old you are, you should be able to do better.

ahhh the good old tiger curse. Look at one moment in a game and it means it happens all the time. Were you watching the right game dude? FFS...one mistake? I bet you are a Joel Bwden fan too huh? ;)

Edwards had several mistakes, and he has done them all year.

He is a wonderful player but unfortunately he is not too much better than the Kellaways with foot skills :(




As for Connors, that speccie he took today is his trademark. I have seen it 3-4 times this year out of about 8 games I've seen him play so let's hope he has a Russel Robertson attitude towards speccies :D

Hehe who said you had to be a big to take good speccies? Connors is a champ. I just hope he doesn't end up falling away like Raines.

Good analysis scarface. :thumbsu: He reminds me alot of Luke Hodge. Will be a complete footballer. One grab player; doesn't fumble, quick mind, quick hands, beautiful side-step and a lovely kick. One of the few things (along with Edwards) that gives me a bit of hope for the future of our midfield.

Only decent pick? What about Edwards? You obviously haven't watched him closely in the last month. He will be a beauty. His running off the ball & his ability to get from contest to contest is amazing. Great hands and general footy smarts. Needs to improve his kicking and put on some weight. Has the potential to be one of the gun onballers of the comp. in years to come. :thumbsu:

Most have known for a while that Connors will be a gun. Before the draft camp last year he was in the top 10 in many peoples eyes. It was amazing he wasn't picked till 58.
I still think JON deserves more chances. He is still a kid. In fact I heard he is still growing!!! He came onto the list at 188cm and sources say he is way over 190cm now. Now when he puts a bit of beef on, watch out!

doing the right thing lettng him develop at coburg and build some confidence...he's still not ready to make an impact at senior level

I hope not - still think he can be a 200 game player for us. I think Coggarules is right, he just needs to not stress too much and let it happen naturally.

saw`him kick a goal against port (or was it hawthorn) that neither of the kellaways would have kicked if they had one thousand attempts each.

He has magic moments but you've seen his general field kicking ;)

It's not a large problem unless the rest of the team has average skills. Edwards is a gun, I've said that since before he debuted. I just see a weakness like all players have.
 
He's got a big body why the hell did we wait so long to give him a game?.

not everyone can kick accuratly at full paceits just experience in learning to balance himself so he doesnt get tackle before he kicks it
