Just watched the show and boy was he impressive! Sounded like a really good bloke and actually showed some personality that you rarely see from afl players. Would want him representing my club for sure
I enjoyed his input, I like how he has become an ambassador of sorts for encouraging the non-robotic AFL footballer.
He'd be high on GWS' shopping list if they knew what they were doing.
I'm pretty confident that we're safe on that score.

I can see him playing a role in the AFLPA in life after footy, but then moving into other areas of footy politics.

Isn't he completing a law degree? Articulate, smart and tough.... i remember he tried to punch the doc one time when he was / had been concussed. Definitely got the fighting spirit in him.

Lol, I think that was a defense they used for him at the tribunal at some point. At the time, I definitely questioned it's validity... no, actually, I thought "WTF were they thinking?!?"

and he had a year back stage, so he'd know a LOT about all bar the newest Tigs, and no doubt has his sources, we would be VERY much in their sights now - didnt think so last year when we lost nearly everything, but if we have lost that losing feeling, thats changed.
Could see Sheed sthumb his nose at conventional wisdom of getting mature bodies, and just pull something outa the box

Loved Jacko ever since I saw him try (and successfully) fight with about 4 Geelong players in the VFL Grand Final, a long time ago now. Just remember seeing him have 2 players jumpers in each hand and trying to shake them like a rag doll.. Was hilarious at the time!
He is severely underrated on BigFooty, but highly rated by ALLat the club. Very much like Newman that he flys under the radar but within the club he pulls the strings and the group together...

Very, very impressive bloke. Showed some fire and personality. Took Darcy to town on a couple of things which is always a positive in my book haha
Not sure about the leadership structure at Richmond but I would not be shocked if he was in line for the captaincy at some point. Would love to have this bloke at the Saints

Cotchin would be the shortest odds when Newman hands it over. Then Deledio and Jackson would fight it out for Vice Captain IMO.
