12 weeks confirmed from the club tonight. LTI for sure.

Perhaps if he ran a little more last week his hamstrings wouldn't have been so tight

Confirmed where?

F***!

11 games in each of the last two seasons, this was supposed to be his year :(

Just wrap him up for this season and let him get his body 120%. Elevate Stevenson for the rest of the season and then Strijk or Cockie.

Bring him back next season and try to get him out of the middle and into alternative roles and positions.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

The boy himself sounded quite happy that the hammy had pinged. Easier money than he's been earning for the past three years.

Ugh, and umm... when exactly did he sound happy about it? Looked pretty devastated coming of the field to me.

another freo flog....totally obsessed with the Eagles.

Trust me, we get our fair share of obsessed West Coast 'flogs' on our board too. Don't know what his problem was though.

Just heard on Fifth Quarter after the Pies Hawks game that Kerr was out for 3 months and it was worse than first thought. Anyone heard the same thing? Glad he's not playing in the derby, but a shame that it's going to be such a long time before he comes back in. I wonder if he'll ever hit form again...

Out for at least half the season at best now. :(

Unfortunately due to the way he plays and the attention he gets every week, his body is older than his age.

It is time to start thinking about utilising Kerr as a forward pocket player rather than a clearance midfielder.

At least then he would not have to deal with a tag, the constant hammerings at the base of packs and would actually have some space to be able to use the ball via foot rather the pressure handball.

I think if we don't seriously reconsider his role in the team, he will burn out early and be lame by the time we are meant to be making a premiership push.

That would be a terrible waste.

Kerr will be a big loss but we made our run at the end of last season without him as wel.

The main issue will be that Priddis will probably get tagged each week now and this will affect our clearances.

Hopefully we have some young guys step up in his absence.

Some of these guys are doing too much running and changing direction. They really should just bulk up, stand on the spot, wait for a tap from Naitanui and Cox, dispose of the ball to the first person they see and never move quicker than half pace.
