I am a natural right footer, but have a better technique and accuracy on my left - but I don't have the same distance as my right. Over a 30m distance I think the power of my kicks are about the same, but if I try to kick much further than that on my left if feels unnatural. I am adept on either foot with snaps, banana etc., but I cannot hit a torp on my right to save myself. torps on my left have a perfect shape, but would be lucky to cover 40m. I wouldn't be confident of making the distance from the 50m line and beyond.. All that was when I played footy though, and I haven't even kicked a footy for several years, so these days I would struggle to clear 35m I reckon!
