Given that Dank , Wilson and the AFL are naming the Bombers re alleged illegal substances its about time Dank names the other club allegedly involved as well as the Bombers allegedly involved.
Does the AFL know the name of the other club/s allegedly involved ,if not why not ?
If the AFL do, they must name them in the media and do what they are doing to the Bombers ...TRIAL BY THE MEDIA .
If not why not ?

Dank may have nothing to do with the rogue player from another club. That player may have ordered their peds off the Internet or through a criminal connection.
LOL - or he may have bought them off the shelf at Chemist Warehouse for all you know.

Pathetic attempt at cowardly deflection.

How about the Essendon coach and hierarchy stop misleading and outright lying, come out and start telling the truth, and start taking a bit of responsibility for their actions.

The latest news story about text messages between Dank and Hird will force the issue. You cant keep denying stuff in the face of evidence to the contrary.

The club which has the rogue player from the ACC report? Or the club named in the published text messages as being not as good as Essendon at this stuff?

If the first, it's an individual, not a club, and it would be up to the individual to come forward if they chose and say they were being investigated. Or they can choose to wait and see if they are found guilty of anything, when they would be named.

If the second, even if the messages are real, that reference is hardly evidence of anything except the Bombers' wish to congratulate themselves.

What's good for the goose should be good for the gander. I'm surprised that there was not a headline yesterday of "Another AFL club implicated in drug scandal". Unless the other club happened to be a NRL club (but that would seem strange in the context of the conversation), this is news. Previously we were told it was one AFL club (presumably Essendon) and one player at another club.
I for one would like to know who the other club was.

Dank mentioning to Hird that other AFL clubs were also pushing the boundaries with supplements to win a premiership might have just been Dank justifying his methods and making Essendon keep him around so they could keep an edge on other clubs.

For all we know there may have been no other clubs pushing the boundaries like Dank was alluding to.

yeah, that's so likely.

Essendon are so far ahead of the curve and the only club who really want to win. No other club would dream of pushing the boundaries.

Occam's Razor...

Well I haven't heard of other clubs players having regular off site injections and taking pigs brains, calfs milk, sheeps blood and other voodoo magic.

Riemers mentioned this stuff and the waivers to players from other clubs and they said they'd done nothing like that at their clubs.

Reimers is full of s**t of course while Mark 'Vitamin C' McVeigh is telling the truth.

well, if YOU haven't heard of it, it must be impossible.

And you think Essendon supporters are the only ostriches

So disgusted by the speculation around Essendon, you now want other clubs to cop the same treatment, but with little to no info or queries to base it all on.

Essendon invited an investigation into allegations of wrong doing. The media digging up dirt and speculation was always going to come.

Pigs brains and calf's milk is about as cutting edge as steak and cow's milk. Actually a calf is a cow, so you're talking about pig brains and milk. What is so bizarre about brains?

Also calf's blood has been used by other clubs as a treatment for hamstring and muscle injuries.

But the McVeigh statement was quite bizarre and hard to believe. Reimers also hard to believe, but things like Essendon calling an investigation, the ACC announcement, Dank's interview, the text messages and the reporting of medical activity happening behind Reid's back make the vitamin story pretty hard to swallow.

Essendon are the only club in the spolight because they pushed the boundaries too far. When you have to go to lengths to exclude the club doctor from procedures, thats enough to set the alarm bells off.

"Demetriou also shrugged off the possibility of any widespread issue with on-the-edge supplement use in the AFL, saying Essendon was the only club causing concern

Andy D doesn't share your tinfoil conspiracy.
