I am not shocked reading this

I am, someone finally managed to serve legal papers on him. He’s proven allusive when lawyers are chasing him. He’s good though at contacting his own lawyers...

Oh wait it took a special court order to declare that papers could be served on him via text, rather than in person as normally required for bankruptcy.

I am wondering though after reading this...

“after ignoring several deadlines to pay up, Mr Dank was put under surveillance by agents in Melbourne and Sydney hired to serve legal papers on him.

They tracked down his business partners, went to his AFL tribunal hearing, and even booked a ticket for a country football function he was due to speak at in July last year, only for Mr Dank to be shot in his Ascot Vale home the same morning.“

Were we wrong? Was the person behind the shooter Dank himself in another effort to avoid being served papers?

How can such a quality human being come to this, guess it must have been his time at EFC which turned him to the dark side.
