The basis of both articles are quite different so the results from one case =/= the probable outcome of the other if it went to court.
But Danks lack of records, credibility or performance and witness stand would have been constant ie poor

But one article was about his s**t practices, the other about him associating with bikes. Plenty of evidence of the former, little to no evidence of the latter thus the different outcomes

Except the ACC report that linked bikies to the peptides and anti ageing drugs.

7.30 has found out more. An investigation into Dank's business ventures reveals an empire of interlinked biotechnology companies, science consultancy companies, and most importantly, two medical rejuvenation clinics, registered in Victoria and New South Wales. Online, Dank's Medical Rejuvenation Clinic sells a wide variety of supplements, including GHRP6, a supplement promoting muscle growth with similar properties to human growth hormone. Known as Peptide 6, it's rumoured to be the supplement at the centre of the Essendon drug scandal and has been banned by the Australian Anti-Doping Authority.

Dank is one of four directors behind Medical Rejuvenation Clinics. Company documents list Zaheer Azim as a co-director. 7.30 has been told Azim had close connections with underworld figure John Ibrahim, the Comancheros outlaw Motorcycle Club and was the co-owner of three separate nightclubs in Kings Cross. The remaining directors are Edward Van Spanje and his son, Sydney based body-builder Adam Van Spanje, who was connected with the Rebels outlaw motorcycle group. The Van Spanjes declined our requests for an interview, telling 7.30 they no longer have any associations with outlaw motorcycle groups or underworld figures.

Two of his fellow directors at MRC are alleged to have bikie or underworld links.

When the choppers raided the clinic in Moonee Ponds, back in late '13 (?), they found the ownership records had more than one group of bikies in the co-ownership.

Violence is put aside when it's bidness.

Wonder if Dank will sue the Judge and jury for finding his actions were culpable in Mannah's death.

If he used banned drugs at Cronulla like CJC-1295 and GHRP6 there'd be a huge chance he used such drugs, hexarelin too, at Essendon. We know why the players grew so quickly and suddenly at the end of 2011.

Think it was Ancient Tiger who said he knew someone that was told by Dank they were taking GHRP6.

Interesting comment by sports lawyer Justin Quill on SEN today. He indicated Dank claimed when giving sworn evidence that while at Cronulla he kept no records of what he gave players or how much. Which of itself is astonishing. However, it conflicts with what he would have us believe occurred at Essendon where he claimed he kept records of what was injected and they were left at the club. Must have changed his method of working when at Essendon.;)
