the success and worth of these generic health and fitness programs is largely dependent on the effort you put in.

they're targeted at people with poor diet and sedentary lifestyles. as a result anything that encourages a positive shift away from those things will see improvements provided that you're prepared to commit to it.

is it the best way to achieve your goals? probably not. (although its hard to say without knowing what they are)
will it provide you with guidance, motivation and accountability in order to help you become healthier? almost definitely. (again its hard to say without knowing where you're at right now and what your goals are)


basically what it boils down to is that doing something is better than doing nothing.
you could be doing the Michelle Bridges program or any of the countless other ones available, it really doesnt matter. provided you commit to it you should see results.
if Danny Green is the man for you then go for it.
