Thats how it worked with Barrass didnt it
Perfect precedent last year and if anything Cameron is a better player today than Barrass and similar age

In a weak draft I don’t think the Hawks first is too much and he fills an immediate need. And that probably is more than enough for the Pies to nab their father son.
It certainly gives the Pies leverage with him in contract and the Eagles having a pick in the first round that will be around the mark.
I dont think the Hawks 1st alone will be enough specially in this years compromised draft where that pick ends up late 20's maybe 30
Barrass went for F1 , F2 & F3 for Barrass + F4
If i was the Pies i would be pointing to that trade

Clarke will do well only giving up the Hawks first. But it sounds like he’s done a great job convincing Cameron to join the club which is the hardest part.
Collingwood have been into JWill previously, for starters.
Well if he has done that and convinced Cameron to move then he PAYS and Pies will make him pay
Just a guess but im thinking on the picks Eagles hold then it would be the hawks 1st plus Hawks 2nd

I doubt that as they took Also Draper (#45 ) Harvey Harrison (#52) before Williams ( #57) in the 2021 draft
But maybe they will ask for Hawks 1st + Williams as steak knives

The only move we have made that I agree with is this one. No ruck is killing our midfield. Hard to win when it’s 4 on 3
Well they didnt rate him at all in his draft year just 2 years prior and now you are telling us they were into him clubs usually dont flip that quick but i'll take your word for it , Do you have a link ?
But as i mentioned he may be the steak knives but no chance direct swap
