These should be a concern as a eagles supporter rather than worrying about who posts what on a footy forum

I spend 5 minutes a day having a look at 3 threads on your board which is about the same time i spend on about 6-7 boards depending on what im interested at the time and currently this is 1 of the threads that appear to have the most activity and extremely agitated reactions from the eagles supporters.Me personally, definitely not, I'm on record as saying if he goes he goes just want to get good picks for him. It’s not just the Eagles.
It’s anything to divert attention away from his own dumpster fire.
I’d say McGovern would be the closest link to Cameron, from the same town and same WAFL club. If McGovern was to retire it may affect the chances of an Eagles trade. Barrass I am pretty sure is a very close friend as well and he now is at Hawthorn.

It has been reported today he wants to stay at the Pies.
Asked if he wanted to remain at Collingwood, Cameron replied: "Of course I want to stay.
"Very happy at the Pies," the premiership star told AAP.
"My manager's in constant conversations with people around here and I'll let them sort that out.
"They're such a good team.
"We'll let them do the work and hopefully we can sort something out soon."
The bottom line is that he is contracted and wants to stay. I'm sure there is a temptation to go home and big money may make him more attracted to taking that option. But overall what is going on is a manager playing games to get him more money at his current club.

Really dont get why after 5 years of this people cannot wrap their heads around the academy and how it dilutes the value of a draft pick. If we get Cameron for pick 13 then in 2025 that deal is a win. Pick 13 in this draft is basically around pick 25 I feel if this was 2019

He wouldn’t be looking for an extension if he intended to leave. I doubt the Eagles would offer him a larger contract in 2 or 3 years than what they would be willing to pay today.
Very happy with Cameron to stay at the pies. Go for another flag son and let us keep our first rounder.
With the hawks spluttering , their first rounder will be right in the sweet spot for big Darcy.

Ryan Daniels reporting a deal is fairly close where Collingwood will rip up his current contract and double it in 2026 + give him a extension. He is on about 500k per year right now but looking at a 4 year deal at around 1 mill per year which is expected to be done fairly soon
That's strange, Twomey on gettable saying he's not close to a contract extension at all.
Also say's pies cap getting very tight.

Hard to know what the go with this one is. If this is true though I mean is Darcy Cameron going to hang around on 500k less next year for Collingwoods sake and then say 2 mill less over his future contract given Eagles would be offering massive overs. Also need to wonder how much Collingwood would tell him to get stuffed and hold him to his deal to boot.
If Cameron put in a trade request itd certainly be one of the more interesting situations in recent memory
