2MP is probably more comparable to Boyd or Schache. If I had to compare Moore to a QLD forward it would be Hipwood.

And your point is?
You're trying to look clever but it backfired. Wright will still be a Sun in 2018, and I'm pretty sure the Suns supporters will still rate him highly.

He most likely won't be
Lol, So, Wright is going to completely change his mind between now and 2018 and want out of goldcoast? Doubt that will happen and even if he did they wouldn't trade him for anything less then 2 very early first round picks if he's lucky.

Wright. No bias. He's just better.
Don't want to be picky but you can't judge your own bias. Leave that for others to judge

It's strange. Wright seems to cover more of the fundamentals but Moore wins the "eye test" for me.

Excellent poll.

It's very hard to seperate these two.

I won't go into too much detail into both these players abilities but I saw one poster mention that Moore will probably kick more goals because he'll be the focal point whereas Wright won't be due to Lynch being the no.1 target.

I actually think it'll be the opposite in the next couple of years anyway.

Both are terrific talents but I think because Moore is the no.1 target at Collingwood with White and Keefe next in line as the support cast for Moore, means that he is more likely to be double teamed as well as more of his leads being blocked.

Whereas at the Suns, Lynch is the no.1 target and arguably he is the best key forward in the comp and IMO will win the Coleman this year. That indicates to me that Wright will have more of an opportunity to impact games as a key forward due to having that established key forward alongside him who would take most of the attention away from Wright who I think won't be double teamed or have his leads blocked to the extent that I think Moore will IMO.

Personally, I think Wright will impact the scoreboard more in the next couple of years at least due to the reasons outlined above.

Moore I still think will perform well and I reckon he'll improve his impact on games as well as on the scoreboard.

But I feel regardless of their abilities as key forwards that Wright will have more of an opportunity to impact games to a larger extent as he's got terrific support in one of the best key forwards in the game in Lynch and also Day as the third key forward which I think will really stretch defences for years to come.

I really wanted Peter Wright in the 2014 draft.
With Collingwood suspected of selecting Moore as part of the father son rule, Geelong were sitting just behind the Suns in draft selection and when they read out Wright's name, was shattered.
The club would have been completely transformed having Wright being able to share ruck duties while partnering Hawkins in the forward line.

Having said that, I do like Cockatoo a lot but you always need seriously talented big men to win you finals and Wright is going to do that for Gold Coast in the coming years.

Moore every day of the week. Reckon Moore will be a 60 goal a year forward whereas Wright will be a 45 goal forward. Wright can give a hand in the ruck however when needed. Moore gets the win for me
