Darcy is out of form. The only thing that's required is the hope he starts believing and backing himself in again. I doubt he's relinquishing the captaincy or retiring. He probably does have big future plans but they will more than likely be on hold till he actually retires

Absolutely loved his last quarter against Melbourne - that intercept mark where he took the ball and ran on in front of the members wing, was spectacular and it brought back our exciting style of footy.

I would love to see this continue, with Darcy leading the team with this sort of exciting fast ball movement. This is how we were the top side for the first half of the season!

I think he's been quite down on himself lately - in his own head a bit too much. Perhaps Pendles down back in that last quarter really gave him a boost and confidence to take the game on.

Absolutely one of the best you will ever see. That fumble early could have been a Rhys Shaw moment, but it galvanised him. A bloody immense performance.

This. We should be seeing games like this frequently from Moore.

It was interesting hearing Fly talk about how he had more confidence in positioning than in many previous weeks. Timing it well

Played a true captain’s game. Made a couple of mistakes early but put them to the side and played a blinder.
I’ve been a critic in recent times, but credit where credit is due.

The way the game played out was perfect for Darcy - long bombs into the forward line - reminded me his good games against Carlton.

The test will be against Freo/Hawks/Cats - teams that lower the eyes, change angles etc.

The difference between his best and his worst is way too big imo. Both of these aspects were on show yesterday. In my view, Moore is generally not a great defensive defender but can be a very good attacking defender. Frustrates the hell out of me. The defense of all teams including ours requires midfield if not fwd line to apply pressure. This was absent in part of the first, third and final quarter yesterday in the prelim v Brisvegas yesterday.
