So they say they were taken down by an army. The witness protection guy says every kill was like a seal team six hit. Yet during the hospital scene in episode one, he just openly walks in with a gun hanging out and blasts wildly and randomly at the guy that's not very tactical.....

I thought the same thing, he's going on tactical hits of only badguys then shoots up a hospital full of randoms just for one guy
