Yeah, but, they did win a flag. Whereas, if they didn't recruit the players/spend big, they wouldn't have won a flag. I would say it was a worthwhile exercise.

Easy to get player's to your club when you won the flag last year as to years before that when they where getting smashed every week.I just hope next year the comp is more even and by round 16 10 teams can still make the finals.Ill put my neck out and say nng and lang lang grand final.
