I have seen some suggestions that some players who were eligible for the main & PSD are not eligible to be rookie listed as there is a higher age limit.
There are a lot of young players in this years phantom drafts who were aged 17/18 and would appear worthwhile rookie selections.
Does anyone have a definitive answer to what date a player has to be born before to be eligible for the rookie draft ?
