She was only mid 20’s or so - even at 21 years, she’ll be out in her mid 40’s. That kind of crime really should be in the ‘never to be released’ pile.

When they say 'ripped hair from scalp' in these situations, it's possible some of the scalp actually came up. I have a friend this happened to and her scalp had started to peel back from the front before anybody could get him off her. They sent her in on her own with a really dangerous 'client'.

Even if we had the death penalty, there's no way she'd get it. The mental health card would save a few.

And to be honest, if you can behead your own mother, I'd say there's more than just a few screws loose.
