So-so. Pretty decent leap on him and somewhat competitive against Ryder.
No Gumby didn't play tonight.
Would've loved to have seen how he plays. Plenty of time for that though!

Yeah that was fantastic,
Essendon wouldn't allow them useage of the Corridor to play their running game. That was a big part in our big win over them tonight.
The back 6 played brilliantly, Mal Michael, while not doing too much freed up Fletch and the others and thus created run out of defence.
Our forward line was very impressive with Johns and Lucas providing the Key targets up forward.
Monfries and the small forwards were at the fall of the ball and did their job well.
Our forward line is only going to get stronger with Lloyd to come back in to the side!
Umm tough one to pick.
Davey looks good, but i'd have to say Jetta would probably get a spot before Davey.
Hopefully Lonnie can get a senior spot and cement it.
We really are going to have problems fitting them all into one team, which is a great dilemma to have I think.
I think the only problem we need to work on is our onballer birgade.

For too long we've been relying on Lloyd to kick a bag of 5 a game.
Now we've got Johns, Lucas and Lloyd.
Is their room enough inside the 50 for all of them?
Gumbleton is number 3.
Watson will play well in the midfield again.
Mids: Stanton, JJ, Watson, Hille. We can also rotate i suppose...
Well, Lucas will play anywhere along the 50 arc, Lloyd at FF/CHF, Johns likewise and Hird will play anywhere he wants. Should be fine

We have the best Forward line in the comp i'd say.
Lucas is handy in the backline also. I'd rather him play forward as often as possible though.
Opposition defenders are going to have a tough time matching up on us.
I'd like to think so.
He goes in hard everytime and puts in 100% in every contest.
He'd make a great midfielder.

I think Lucas would like to play in the forward line to as he does not mind kicking a goal. I even got surprised tonight in the last quarter when I was certain he was going to have a shot and he passed to Neagle on a lead but Neagle missed unfortunally
Yes Lucas doesn't mind a goal does he?
I also think CHF is his best position. But it's good to know that if we are stretched in defence that we can move him down back.
Didn't see much of Neagle... Saw his missed attempt on goal though.

i thought hislop was pretty good in and under, did a lot of one % that would have gone un-noticed to a few watching the game,

Loved the way we put our head over the ball last night and i actually saw us sheppard more then once, which impressed me a fair bit, something we lacked i thought last year.
Lloyd to centre half forward if he is fit and playing good footy have him and lucas playing there johns one out in the square.
Monfries goal in the 1st Quarter was great also would have loved to see that composure against Hawthorn although then we probably wouldn't have Davies.

btw where do you guys think you will fit all these players such as Jetta, Davey, Houli along with similar type players such as Lovett and Lovett- murray and monfries (while he is still unable to be big enough for the midfield.)

They wont all be playing at the same time for a while. But lets sort one thing out. Jetta,Davey and Lovett are the similar type players. Lovett-Murray is a little bigger than these boys and is a half back flanker. Houli is more of an in and under guy and so is Monfries. It is not about fitting them all in the side now. In a couple of years when we will need them in the side they will be playing different roles.
