Not sure if we would part with that, we have just lost our hardest player in brown, not sure if we would give up Lewis for winderlich who has played 1 good season (last year).

winderlich also struggles to get on the park through injury doesn't he? Cause we definetely don't want any injury prone players,

Boyd and Swan have been at that level for years. Lewis is a good footballer in a great midfield.

Boyd has only been at the level he is at now for the last 2-3 years, and this has been swan's best season.

The thing with lewis is he doesn't have to play just in the midfield, he can push forward and kick a few goals, he has versatility. He has also shown he can play the defensive forward role as he did on enright, killed him and snagged a couple goals in the meantime.

what makes you think we want to get rid of lewis??

I don't know where you get your information but that's definetely not the case. Jordy is highly rated at the hawks and is a quality mid that still has plenty room for improvement. This year hasn't been his best, but he has still averaged 22 disposals and is very versatile as shown when he pushed forward for us, he's not going anywhere unless we got quality in return.

It was something I heard last week, as a possible rumbling. Probably not happening. Altho Hawks still might move on a midfielder, just not Lewis.

if lewis was really moving on from hawthorn we should go after him, i know it is just rumours at this stage. He kicks goals, is tough at the ball and would really add something. Having lewis, watson, winder, melksham with stanton and prismall would be a good mix of inside and outside players. just my opinion haha
