A little old to be coughing up pick 11. Jack Steven on the other handI'd do it, as I said on another thread - he's the exact player we'd try to draft anyway, and he's good.

Well he was a top 10 pick himself (by memory) and looked like he was about to turn elite. Unfortunately for him he seemed to have stagnated but given how stinky the Saints have been going that's not surprising. I reckon in a better team with better, more experienced midfielders around him, we could see his full potential once more.A little old to be coughing up pick 11. Jack Steven on the other hand
They're practically the same ageA little old to be coughing up pick 11. Jack Steven on the other hand
lol you know i always forget how old Steven is. Could have sworn he was like only 22-23.They're practically the same age
I actually don't know how old they are but they're only 1 draft apartlol you know i always forget how old Steven is. Could have sworn he was like only 22-23.
Screw them all then. Go to the draft
Dont get me wrong id love him at the Tigers. Reckon he could play a run with role whilst also getting the footy himself. Just dont think unless your getting a gun in return your giving up a first rounder for himWell he was a top 10 pick himself (by memory) and looked like he was about to turn elite. Yep agree but there's obviously no certainty you'll get a gun with pick 11, and you obviously need to spend time developing them. At least with Armitage you know what he can do when he's at his best, and he's entering the prime of his career.Dont get me wrong id love him at the Tigers. I've watched SFA of the Saints this year, but whats the knock on Armitage? Media reports have him as one of their few good players
Well there you go. LolArmo born in 1988, Jack in 1990. Jack was taken as a 17 year old in the 2007 draft.

Saints list manager said the same thing just then on SEN & that no1 had enquired about himBains says there's "nothing to discuss" on David Armitage. He is contracted and not going anywhere #NABTradeRadio
That was fun for an hour or so.
