I know they ****** up big time and I've been vocal as to my thoughts on who is largely responsible and what needed to happen. I must say though that I get zero enjoyment with regards to dancing on their grave.

I've always thought Evans was innocent other than lack of governance. Him standing down makes me think something else is at play relating to his involvement in the alleged trial.

So what was it that made his health a factor now, was it EFC losing by 50+ points, OR was it the fact the ASADA report is coming real soon.

Cause he obviously felt good enough to come out on Thursday night and try and make fun of the footy world by claiming "I am going to have dinner now, and no, it is not a farewell dinner".

This circus has to end NOW! The game is becoming a laughing stock thanks to Vlad. On the surface, it appears that Evans is a decent man and is taking the fall for Hird. I am guessing they will force out Bruce Reid, a doctor that i know has high principles.

It is looking more and more likely that the ASADA report will not absolve the EFC, but will do the opposite. Now that people attached to the club are having to deal with bullying (Players/staff children). For the good of all, suspend the whole club for the rest of the year. This would take the heat out of such an emotive subject, and get Caro out of our faces.
