Has there ever been one politician, one businessman, etc, who ha resigned and admitted they are doing so because they are guilty? No, they always have an excuse, their health, their family, their other commitments, etc.

Evans could not just come out and say "yep, we ****ed up, I am guilty so I will resign", he used an excuse which everyone knows is bullshit, but it is protocol

Watch, soon when Hird resigns, he will use the same reason, "I wanted to spend time with my family, etc", when in actual fact his family was never a consideration when he was coaching.
