David Flintoff and Daniel Breese

Hey guys,

Just a strange request - do any of you have a picture of David Flintoff (soft copy)? Reason is Hawk Headquarters has been updating its database of all 820 players to represent Hawthorn by adding pictures. We have over 580 now, doubt we are going to find many more.

However, the only one missing from the last 25 years is Flintoff (who played 1 game for us in 1983). Doesn't matter if he is in a Demons jumper, just can't find any of him!

Any help would be appreciated.

Also Daniel Breese is training with Box Hill - would he be a good acquisition at VFL level?

Daniel Breese had quite a good following amongst Demons supporters, he plays hard at the ball and tough. I know alot of people were disappointed that he didn't get more of a go but had a bad run with injuries. Not the type of player that you are left wondering on, ie he gives 110% the whole time.

David Flintoff also played at Central District in the SANFL for some time - you might be able to get a photo through htat avenue.

I was never a huge Breese fan myself. However he had no luck with injuries. I didn't see much of him to be honest. The best game I saw him play was in the 2002 VFL final vs Box Hill, he was fantastic at CHF. He did however kick like the defender he is that day, finishing with 1.4 from memory.

Good luck to Daniel at Box Hill, at his best he's good enough at that level.

Just on David Flintoff. I think he played in the 88 GF, so if you have or can get a copy of that GF record his picture should at the very least be on the Melbourne squad page.

Yeah, I don't know where we find the time either! You should see what Mocca is working on, it's insane - the line up for EVERY Hawthorn game ever played.

I might have the 88 GF lying around at home, shall have to have a look.
