Everyone is "the best in the comletition"

Disappointing to see he now had regular gig on On the Couch. I was worried when he started appearing on the show at the end of last year. Makes it much less watchable in my opinion.

Dont tell him that on twitter, gets his panties in a bunch

Don’t knock Kingy, its quite obvious since his departure Richmond has gone backwards at a rate of knots, worst thing to happen to the footy club in 30 years when he left.

He has a lot of fancy phrases like "front entries", "structures", "stoppage movements", "corridor-centric" and “centre clearance involvements” which is clearly much better than saying "Player X gets the footy a lot from a ballup and likes to kick it up the middle".

And the stats! “'They hit the wingmen 72% of the time while their jumper was hanging out, whereas the opposition only hit 41% of their wingmen who had their jumper non tucked in'.”

He is the most knowledgeable media personality by an absolute mile. It's pretty evident that he would be a senior AFL coach (and probably a good one at that) if he had even a modicum of interpersonal skills.

That’s a bigger tragedy than the Hindenburg!

Derm has him covered. His ability to intellectualise the simplest things is without peer.

Yesterday during the Swans game, Derm explained to his uneducated followers the phenomenon that is rain:

"A lot of water in the air today. It strikes the ball as it's on its passage".

He really did. You shouldn't be surprised.

Dermott's ability to discombobulate the facile is Quixotic.

He's like Homer Simpson after he uses the subliminal vocabulary builder.

He also loves saying "the ball has gone inboard to Player X" but he never says it has gone "outboard" - maybe he could say it has "gone Evinrude"?
