Is this a parody thread? I genuinely don't care when our former players say bad things about NMFC, and I don't care that Carey falls on the negative side about us.

However David King was barracking for Melbourne today, straight up. He kept saying that all Melbourne had to do was fix their disposal and they'd run over us, that was despite the fact that at that point in time Melbourne had better disposal efficiency than NMFC.

Can't help but think OP was mistaking David King for someone else.

Im in the OP's corner regarding DK, I think he would bleed royal blue and white vertical stripes if you cut him, but at the same time he has to make a living, and thats offering opinions on the topic of football. Sometime we have to get a bad comment here and there...jesus we do it here in Bigfooty. Does this mean we don't follow the Roos?

Bigfooty poster - Can be overly critical and negative towards any player, coach or official at any given time with no actual evidence to back any of it up. Just check out the Pos/Neg thread after every single game.

Ex North player in the media - Is expected to be overly positive and outright biased towards every North player, coach and official by the very posters who make fools of themselves on a weekly basis in the pos/neg thread.

I can live with a bad opinion. The one about Thompson and the team overall in that Thompson/Hall game, was simply WRONG (just joining in with the pack of baying dogs who swallowed Eade's BS about North playing the man), as well as somewhat hypocritical.

And his GC views suggest he would bleed blue and white, with a nice strip of gold on the sleeve.

I would love to know why all the same posters giving Kingy a hard time for being 100 percent complementary all the time are the same ones contantly bashing the club, players, coach and administration in threads (mainly the game day thread). If you can bring up problems you see with the club why cant he? A person paid to give opinions. I personally like him trying to be impartial, nothing worse than listening to Tom Harley tugging himself during Cats games.
