No, it doesn't bother me.

Pitto gave great service to the AFC for 10 seasons.

I was just thinking last night about the "Pathetic Pittman" match, and how there was a Melbourne-based supporters function at Port Melbourne the next morning. There were plenty of no-shows from the players that day, but Pitto was right there on centre stage, being prepared to cop the scrutiny. Shows the character of the man.

As for now - well, he has to find work somewhere. If he can't find it at his old employer, why should he turn down a job at a competitor? He's got to pay the rent somehow.

Good luck to him.

He is a stock broker you know its not as if he needed the cash considering he worked on radio as well

I think it just shows that the fans are far more loyal than the players who are just employees

We are the ones who truly matter.

Saw Pitto on Gawler Place yesterday.

Was tempted to yell out "traitor".

Does it annoy anyone else that he is working for the Enemy?

I wouldnt call him a traitor, the AFC didnt offer him a position, Port did and he took it what can you do about it:rolleyes:

Deep down he would still know the AFC is where his heart will always be two premiership medallions will always tell you that;)

Is Shaun Rehn a Traitor?????? Not On Your Life;)

It seems strange to get worked up over a ex-player working for another club.

I am not getting worked up.

These thoughts went through my head in a calm rational manner and I thought I would start some convo in a quiet period.

I don't really mind that much. But I do mind;) Perhaps I am holding on too tight.:)

But not to the club that employs him.;)
Agree 100%!

No big deal for me.

"Good Luck" to Pitto in his job, and a big "Screw You, hope you die" to his employer ;)

He may have his other jobs, but you can't just leave footy... it was the biggest part of his life. Hence he's continued on with footy where he can...
