He looks to be gone.

Obviously his worth has taken a massive hit in the past two seasons.

Will be interesting to see what type of trade gets it done

well, worst choice was one million on the captain. worst person to build a football club and the internal and external culture. best individual player in the game, but great to create a basketball club but not a football club

I didn't know what a Gold Coast was when that went down. I've only been following a couple years.

is the physio really a genius or is this just BS, I lean to the latter... pity he was not around with Jesse Smith and we could see if Steve Saunders was a genius

Seems to know his stuff. David chose to see him instead of a GC doctor, which speaks volumes.

Jarrad Waite has also credited his form to Saunders and our medical team.

He's still contracted for another year, I can't see GC "giving away" a former number 1 pick with 6 years development put into him. Unless his injuries are beyond repair but then why would you want him if that's the case?

I think GC would be happy to get what they cna for him. As said previously, they are rebuilding, and need draft picks to do so, and some experienced players.

6 years of development is really four as you cant include 2015 and 2016. He doesnt even train

I think you are undervaluing him as a player or you just want to get him cheaply. Either way I doubt a late teens puck will satisfy the suns in any way. No point of selling someone when they are worth more. A fit Swallow would easily command a top 10 pick.

Wishful thinking if the Suns trade him for next to nothing. If his knee is that shot he would be a huge risk. It will cost the bidder a first round pick to break his contract a year early.

Ashcroft told the members forum last night he will not be traded this year. Is contracted.

Gumby went at number 2 in the draft and after 6 years of development was moved on for pick 55.

Gumby played 7 and 6 games in his last 2 years at essendon. David played 6 last year and will be lucky to play 6 this year.

If they can't get on the park their draft position doesn't stand for much.

Gumbleton played 35 games in 6 years. That's not even comparable. Swallow hasn't been injury riddled his entire career either, He's contracted for another 12 months so I don't see you getting him for a packet of chips this year.

Lol
At comparing a injury riddled flog.
To a club best and fairest winner

Pick 55 wow the Suns will jump at that.. Points for there academy players :/

Just pointing out that the pick doesn't count for much. Pick 1 doesn't hold pick 1 value if they can't get in the park.
